At Envrai Hair, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to all our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand processing times, delivery estimates, and other important details before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • All orders require a processing time of up to 5 business days before they are shipped.
  • Custom wigs and special orders may take longer to process, depending on the complexity of the request.
  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United Kingdom: 3-5 business days
  • Europe: 5-7 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5-10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7-14 business days

Shipping Fees:

  • Standard Shipping: £4.99
  • Free Shipping on Orders Over £300

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total order value.

3. Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Envrai Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they have been handed over to the courier.
  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Customers must provide an accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or military bases.
  • Certain countries may have restrictions on hair imports. It is the customer’s responsibility to check their local regulations before placing an order.
