At Envrai Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality, ethically sourced hair products. Each order is carefully inspected before being shipped to ensure you receive the best. However, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Below is our return and refund policy outlining the specific situations in which returns or refunds may be accepted.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We only accept returns and refunds in the following cases:
- Severe Quality Issues – If the hair you receive is significantly different from what was advertised or has a major defect (e.g., excessive shedding, extreme tangling, or an unusual texture that is not normal for the hair type ordered).
- Incorrect Order – If you receive the wrong length, texture, or product due to an error on our end.
- Severely Damaged Upon Arrival – If the hair arrives in an unusable condition due to damage during transit (must be reported immediately upon receiving the package).
Conditions for Return & Refund Approval
- The hair must be in its original condition, unwashed, unaltered, uncolored, and with all packaging intact.
- Requests for returns or refunds must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Customers must provide clear photos and videos showing the issue before a return is approved.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for the following:
- Any hair that has been installed, worn, styled, cut, or altered in any way.
- Hair that has been dyed, bleached, or chemically processed after purchase.
- Orders placed by mistake (please review your order carefully before checkout).
- Custom wigs or custom-colored hair (all custom orders are final sale).
- Minor concerns such as slight color variations, natural texture differences, or typical shedding that occurs with real human hair.
Return & Refund Process
- Contact Us – If you believe you qualify for a return or refund, email us at EnvraiHair@gmail.com or send us a message on Instagram @EnvraiHair within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos.
- Approval & Return Instructions – If your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Resolution – Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the situation.
- Processing Time – Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received.
Final Notes
- We reserve the right to decline any return or refund request if the product does not meet our return policy conditions.
- We do not issue refunds for delayed shipments caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
