2. Products & Orders

  • All our hair products are 100% human hair and ethically sourced. However, as natural hair varies, slight differences in colour, texture, or appearance may occur.
  • Custom wigs and special orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once processing begins.
  • Orders are processed within up to 5 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on location.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Envrai Hair is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect details provided at checkout.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • We accept all major payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payment platforms.
  • All payments must be completed before orders are processed. We do not accept cash on delivery.
  • Prices listed on our website are in GBP (£), and customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties for international orders.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Refund & Return Policy

  • Returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of severe quality issues, incorrect orders, or items damaged upon arrival (as detailed in our Return & Refund Policy).
  • Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving their order and provide photos/videos as proof.
  • Hair that has been installed, worn, altered, or chemically treated is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to an error on our end.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer domestic and international shipping, with delivery times ranging from 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or customs processing.
  • Envrai Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for added protection.

6. Custom Orders

  • Custom wigs require accurate head measurements provided by the customer. Envrai Hair is not responsible for incorrect sizing due to inaccurate measurements.
  • Processing time for custom orders is up to 5 business days before shipping.
  • Custom wigs and custom-coloured hair are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including images, logos, text, and product descriptions, is the property of Envrai Hair and cannot be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Envrai Hair is not responsible for any allergic reactions, damage, or hair loss resulting from the use of our products.
  • We do not guarantee that our products will meet every individual’s expectations, as hair care and results vary based on personal maintenance.
  • In no case shall Envrai Hair, its employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
